Regular / Parcel Post

Includes signature on delivery and tracking. We endeavour to dispatch within 1 day of order, once payment has cleared, unless out of stock.

Within South Australia:
Metro – up to 2 business days
Country – up to 5 business days
Outside SA:
Metro – up to 3-6 business days, depending on lodgement and destination points.
Country – 5-6 days

Please ensure you provide an postal address that is attended.. or a PO box. If your item is Return To Sender, we can either refund the cost of goods minus postage costs (including return postage cost) or request the purchaser pay the cost of reposting.

Express Post

Includes signature on delivery and tracking. We endeavour to dispatch within 1 day of order, once payment has cleared, unless out of stock. Covers 80% of Australian business addresses, private addresses and Post Office boxes. Service operates between all capital cities (except Darwin and in Perth CBD only) and some major centres. Outside metropolitan areas guaranteed service is to and from townships only. If your item is for an address outside the Express Post network, we’ll use the fastest possible transport links, but it won’t be covered by Auspost’s Next Day Guarantee. Please ensure you provide an postal address that is attended or a PO box. If your item is Return To Sender, we can either refund the cost of goods minus postage costs (including return postage cost) or request the purchaser pay the cost of reposting.

International Post- standard

Please ensure you provide a postal address that is attended. If your item is Return To Sender the purchaser will pay the cost of reposting.

International Post- express Includes signature on delivery and tracking. Dispatched within 1 working day of order unless out of stock. Usually 2-4 days, please refer to this link for your actual location. Please note there are often delays outside of our control during peak period times. All delivery dates listed above are estimates only and we are not liable for any loss or damage suffered due to these delays. Orders are subject to availability and we do our best to make sure everything is available. There may be circumstances when an order is placed but becomes unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case we will contact you. Please ensure you provide an postal address that is attended. If your item is Return To Sender, there will be a fee charged to you to repost your item. The post office will hold your parcel for 14 days waiting for your collection. After this it will be sent back to us. At this stage if you do want us to resend back to you there will be another postage charge. We hope you understand as we are being charged for the send back. Please make sure you have given an accurate address, look out for a calling card if you are not home. We also nominate that Australia Post or Shippit send you notifications every time your product is scanned via email. We do not refund lost items or missed attempted deliveries that return to sender.


Lost or Damaged Orders

Please inspect all items in the presence of the courier or postal worker before signing for the delivery to ensure it has arrived undamaged. Any claim is voided after the goods have been signed for. If any items have arrived damaged please retain all packaging, document the damage where possible with photos, and contact us immediately. We cannot take responsibility for any uncollected, lost, broken or stolen parcels not sent via Courier or Express post and/or extra insured up to the total value (overseas customers) or signed for as received and in good order (domestic customers).

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?
We accept payments via Paypal and Stripe. Both allow you to use your credit card also.

Is Buying On-Line Safe?
Look out for https URL and the padlock symbol. Opt for your mobile phone network over public Wi-Fi.

Do I need an account to place an order?

Creating an account isn’t required but it will just speed up the process for subsequent orders.

How Do I Track My Order?

https://auspost.com.au/mypost/track/searchOur postage service provider, Australia Post, will automatically email you tracking info based on the email you have provided in checkout. Keep an eye out for this email and if you haven’t received please check your junk mail.

Tracking within Shippit:

When you receive an email along with the Track delivery button, it will then route to the Shippit tracking page: https://app.shippit.com/tracking

There is a field called, Shippit ID. This is what you will need to use on the Tracking page in Shippit.

Alternatively you can use the standard tracking number recieved and track via the AusPost tracking website or equivalent international postal sites.

How Can I Return a Product?

If you are unhappy with your purchase/s for any reason please contact us within 3 working days of receiving your parcel/s & we will do our best to resolve the matter quickly. All enquiries are to be sent to hello@botanica.boutique with ‘Return request’ as the subject heading.

Change of Mind Returns

If you wish to return an item because you have changed your mind, we will offer you a refund, less the freight costs, if the following conditions are met:
* Returns must be received within 10 days of receiving the order.
* The product/s are still in their original packaging, no damage. Products must be re-saleable, unused & still in original condition.

Please note: Return postage costs for ‘Change of Mind’ returns must be met by the buyer & under no circumstances will be paid for by Botanica Boutique. If product is returned in not new condition you will not be refunded and subsequent fees will be charged for the item to be returned back to you.

What about taxes?
10% GST is applicable for Australian customers, which is included in our online store prices. International orders are GST-free. Import duties and taxes are payable by the purchaser. Delays may holdup deliveries due to your countries customs processing. Botanica Boutique declares the actual value of all items sent. If you fail to pay your countries customs charges, the item is sent back to Botanica Boutique by default. Botanica is liable for the return postage cost. In this case, we can either refund the cost of goods minus postage costs (including return postage cost) or request the purchaser pay the cost of reposting.
